PARISH FINANCE
Many thanks to all our parishioners for your generosity towards our parish and clergy, it is most appreciated. Our retiral collection last weekend in support of the Papal Charity – ‘Peter’s Pence’, raised the most generous sum of £830.
PARISH MASS TIMETABLE
As of next weekend 2/3 July our new Parish Mass schedule will be:-
Saturday (Vigil) – 7pm
Sunday morning – 9am and 11am
Sunday evening – 5pm
As of week beginning Monday 4th July there will only be one daily celebration of Mass at 10am (on Saturdays at 9am).
ARCHDIOCESAN ORDINATIONS
Rev Edward Toner will be ordained priest on 8th July in St Paul’s, Shettleston (7pm)
Rev Frank McKendry will be ordained priest on 22nd July in Holy Cross, Croy (6.30pm)
Rev Douglas Green will be ordained priest on 15th September in St Andrew’s Cathedral (7pm)
Two ordinations to the Permanent Diaconate will also take place over the summer:
Paul Brady will be ordained on 21st August at 10am in St Robert Bellarmine’s,
Househillwood and Tony Murphy will be ordained on the 2nd of September at 7pm in Sacred Heart, Cumbernauld. Please pray for all those due to be ordained and for the people of the Archdiocese whom they will serve.

Our parish community extend our sympathy and support of our prayers to the family and friends of Gerry McQuade(formerly Saxon Rd) whose funeral Mass and Committal took place last Monday morning( 27th June). May he rest in peace.
