SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION (P3, St Ninian’s Primary)
Fr Celestine and Fr Frank are available to celebrate this sacrament either before or after weekday and Sunday Masses or at a time that can be arranged for convenience. Please speak to our priests.
FIRST HOLY COMMUNION (P4, St Ninian’s Primary)
Many congratulations to the Primary 4 children of St Ninian’s school who received their First Holy Communion on Saturday 22 May. Our thanks to parents, families, parishioners and staff of our school – particularly Mrs McLachlan (Head Teacher) and our children’s teachers – Mr Tracey, Miss Friel and Mrs Speirs and all school staff.
Next Saturday – 29th May – our remaining two groups of First Communicants will receive this Sacrament at 10.30am and 11.45am Masses. Please continue to keep these children in your prayers.
A further group of Parish children will receive their First Holy Communion on Sunday 13th June at 12 noon Mass.
SACRAMENT OF CONFIRMATION (P7, St Ninian’s Primary)
The children of St Ninian’s Primary 7 will celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation at Masses on:
Tuesday 1st June
Thursday 3rd June
both Masses at 6.30pm.
A further group of parish children will celebrate their Sacrament of Confirmation on Sunday 6th June at 12 noon Mass.
SACRAMENT OF THE SICK (MINISTRY OF SPIRITUAL CARE)
Both Deacon Tommy and Fr Frank are available to bring Holy Communion to any of our parishioners who are presently unable to attend Mass. Please let us know to arrange a home visit.
CEMETERY MASS
